Q: Do you work in both California and Nevada?

 

A: Yes — we serve residential and commercial clients in California. In Nevada, we provide services for commercial properties only.

Q: Are you licensed and insured?

 

A: Absolutely. We are fully licensed in both California and Nevada, and we carry a general liability insurance policy to protect our clients and their properties.

Q: How long have you been in business?

Pricing & Payment

Q: Why might your prices be higher than some competitors?

 

A: We operate professionally and legitimately — fully licensed, insured, and compliant with state regulations. This ensures your property and investment are protected, and our work is backed by long-term support.

Q: How do you accept payment?

 

A: We accept cash, checks, zelle, venmo, major credit cards, and ACH payments. 

Q: Do you require a deposit for larger projects?

 

A: Yes. For certain large-scale projects, we collect payment in scheduled draws over the course of the project. An initial deposit may be required to secure scheduling and materials.

Scheduling & Process

Q: How soon can you start my project?

 

A: It depends on the scope and season, but most smaller jobs can start within 1–2 weeks. Larger projects may require more lead time.

Q: Do you offer recurring maintenance?

 

A: Yes, we offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly maintenance options tailored to your property’s needs.

Q: Will you come back if I have an issue after the job is completed?

 

A: Yes — we stand behind our work. If an issue comes up after completion, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Yard Cleanups & Maintenance

Q: Do you handle overgrown properties?

 

A: Yes, we specialize in transforming overgrown or neglected properties into clean, usable spaces.

Q: Can I hire you for a one-time cleanup only?

 

A: Absolutely. Many of our cleanup clients become ongoing maintenance customers after seeing our results.

Irrigation & Repairs

Q: Do you repair irrigation systems?

 

A: Yes — we repair leaks, replace valves, fix drip tubing, clean irrigation filters, and handle wiring and timer issues.

Q: Do you offer emergency repairs?

 

A: We do our best to respond quickly to urgent repair needs. Contact us directly for availability.

Service Area

Q: What areas do you service?

 

A: We serve residential and commercial clients in Placer County and surrounding areas in California, including Loomis, Rocklin, Roseville, Granite Bay, Auburn, Lincoln, and Folsom. In Nevada, we provide commercial landscape services only.

Q: Do you offer residential services in Nevada?

 

A: No. In Nevada, we are currently only servicing commercial work.

A: In some cases, yes — depending on the project size and scope. Contact us to discuss your location.

A: Yes. We provide free estimates for most services. Larger or complex projects may require an on-site consultation to provide an accurate quote.

Q: Are your services covered by a warranty?

Q: Do you remove and haul away debris?

 

A: Yes. All of our cleanup and maintenance services include debris removal unless otherwise specified in the project scope.

Q: Can you work with my existing landscape design?

 

A: Absolutely. We can maintain, repair, or enhance an existing design while keeping your original vision intact.

Q: How far in advance should I schedule service?

 

A: For regular maintenance, we can often start within 1–2 weeks. Larger projects should be booked at least 4–6 weeks in advance to secure materials and scheduling.
