Q: Do you work in both California and Nevada?
A: Yes. We serve both residential and commercial clients in California. In Nevada, we provide services for commercial properties only.
Q: Are you licensed and insured?
A: Yes. We are fully licensed in both California and Nevada and carry general liability insurance to protect our clients and their properties.
Q: How long have you been in business?
A: Fish Landscape & Maintenance has proudly served our community since 2003.
Q: How do you accept payment?
A: We accept cash, checks, Zelle, Venmo, major credit cards, and ACH payments.
Scheduling & Process
Q: How soon can you start my project?
A: Start times depend on the project scope and season. Most smaller jobs can begin within 1 to 2 weeks, while larger projects may require additional lead time.
Q: Do you offer recurring maintenance?
A: Yes. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly maintenance plans tailored to your property’s needs.
Q: Will you come back if I have an issue after the job is completed?
A: Yes. We stand behind our work. If any issues arise after completion, simply contact us and we will take care of it.
Yard Cleanups & Maintenance
Q: Do you handle overgrown properties?
A: Yes. We specialize in transforming overgrown or neglected properties into clean, safe, and usable outdoor spaces.
Q: Can I hire you for a one-time cleanup only?
A: es. We’re happy to provide one-time cleanup services, and many of our clients choose to continue with ongoing maintenance after seeing our results.
Irrigation & Repairs
Q: Do you repair irrigation systems?
A: Yes. We repair leaks, replace valves, fix drip tubing, clean irrigation filters, and handle wiring and timer issues.
Q: Do you offer emergency repairs?
A: Yes. We do our best to respond quickly to urgent repair needs. Please contact us directly for current availability.

Q: What areas do you service?
A: We serve residential and commercial clients throughout Placer County and surrounding areas in California, including Loomis, Rocklin, Roseville, Granite Bay, Auburn, Lincoln, and Folsom. In Nevada, we provide commercial landscape services only.
Q: Do you offer residential services in Nevada?
A: No. At this time, we provide services in Nevada for commercial properties only.
Q: Do you travel outside your main service area?
A: In some cases, yes, depending on the project size and scope. Please contact us to discuss your location and needs.

A: Yes. All of our cleanup and maintenance services include debris removal unless otherwise specified in the project scope.

A: Yes. We can maintain, repair, or enhance your existing design while preserving your original vision.
Q: How far in advance should I schedule service?
A: For regular maintenance, we can often begin within 1 to 2 weeks. Larger projects should be scheduled at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance to secure materials and availability.
