Refund Policy

At Fish Landscape and Maintenance, our goal is to provide quality service and ensure our customers are satisfied with the results. Because we provide custom landscaping and maintenance services — often tailored to each individual project — our refund policy reflects the nature of our work.

1. Service Deposits

Some projects may require a deposit before work begins. These deposits cover materials, scheduling, and planning. Deposits are non-refundable once work or material ordering has begun.

2. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be rescheduled without penalty.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service charge or forfeiture of deposit.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you’re not satisfied with a service we’ve provided, please let us know within 7 days of completion.
We will make every reasonable effort to:

  • Address and resolve the issue

  • Provide touch-ups or corrections (if applicable)

  • Discuss alternative solutions where appropriate

4. No Refunds for Completed Work

Because our services are labor- and time-intensive, completed work is non-refundable. However, your satisfaction matters, and we are committed to making things right if something falls short of expectations.
